Rapid deployment of scalable, resilient solution enables opening of first brick-and-mortar stores

LONDON, United Kingdom: UK-based fashion brand Missguided Ltd, who sell clothes aimed at 16 to 35-year-old women, made the transition from pure play etailer to omnichannel retailer by opening their first stores in Westfield Stratford City (London) and Bluewater Shopping Centre (Kent). attune is proud to have played a vital, supporting role in this, for Missguided's groundbreaking occasion. 

Before choosing to work with attune, the Manchester company was faced with the time-critical task of upgrading their legacy system, which was no longer able to support their exponential growth and provide the omnichannel functionalities that their intended on- and offline presence required. 

The technologies selected to bring Missguided’s retail, wholesale and ecommerce operations onto a single platform were SAP® Fashion Management, the attune Fashion Suite™ to accelerate its implementation, and SAP® Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

Missguided opened their first brick-and-mortar store in London in November 2016 and their second in Kent in June 2017.
