Crocs, Inc is a world leader in innovative casual footwear for men, women and children. Crocs offers several distinct shoe collections with more than 300 four-season footwear styles. Since its inception in 2002, Crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world. The brand celebrated reaching $1 billion in annual sales in 2011.
Following the record growth of the company across multiple regions, Crocs realized that their current legacy systems couldn’t keep up to support its future growth. Some of the challenges faced by the business:
Influx of Transactions

To support its growth trajectory, Crocs teamed up with attune to implement SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (SAP AFS) to capture data and turn it into something meaningful – while integrating it with several disparate systems.
In addition, attune assisted with developing the global blueprint and roll-out plan. Some of the main objectives were:

With attune’s guidance, the implementation paved the way for greater global visibility into the business at an enterprise level, across all geographical spans and helped streamline cumbersome processes to save time and unnecessary costs.
The global rollout was carried out successfully – across 32 countries, in 15 languages, 23 currencies and with 1,400 users. There was no downtime, and all locations reported a smooth implementation across all other geographies to pave the
way for greater global visibility into the business at an enterprise level.
To support adoption practices for the program, business readiness teams was assembled at each location consisting of leaders from various business functions. By including these teams in training, development, and testing, we helped develop regional subject matter experts (SMEs) familiar with their own demographical culture and characteristics.
In addition, attune helped create an interface to 3rd party systems for warehouse management, retail and eCommerce, along with a aweb-based, mobile-tablet enabled CRM and B2B e-commerce platform for wholesale customers to place order.
The decision was made to refrain from customizing the new system
and instead focus on changing the customer's' processes to be in line with the system. As a result, the scale of the project broadened considerably.
As the primary consulting team for data migration, functional and PMO leadership that adhered to SAP best practices, we empowered the company with a single platform across the enterprise that is scalable to accommodate growth, enabling data analysis, modeling and reporting with 24/7 support servies.
